3-Year Warranty

Every Flovir bag and backpack, including the Air Pro® Compression System, comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails because of how it was made, we replace the product or refund you. Your choice.

What the warranty covers

Defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use within three years of delivery. For example, a zipper, seam, strap or buckle that breaks, or a compression compartment that no longer holds air even though it is closed and used as described.

What it does not cover

Normal wear from use over time, damage from accidents or misuse, and products that have been altered or repaired by someone else. If you are unsure whether your case is covered, write to us anyway. We would rather look at it than have you guess.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@flovir.com with the subject “Warranty” and your order number.
2. Add a photo or a short video that shows the problem.
3. We reply within one business day and tell you the next step. If a return is needed, we email you a prepaid return label.

You do not need to pay for replacement parts or repairs yourself. If a part of your bag fails because of a defect, that is our responsibility.

Other Flovir products

If any other Flovir product arrives defective or stops working, contact us and we will make it right. Unused items can also be returned within 90 days under our Refund Policy.
